Charges have been filed in Barry County against a man from Shell Knob in connection with a fatal crash.

Twenty-seven year old Nicholas Kulhanek is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of 49-year old Aaron Poston of Shell Knob.  Poston died Wednesday night in the crash on Highway 39 inBarryCounty.  The Highway Patrol report indicates Kulhanek turned in front of Poston’s motorcycle.  Kulhanek is also charged with leaving the scene of an accident and resisting arrest.  Charges allege that he been drinking before the crash.

A court appearance has not been set.
