'Building Strong Families' Program at Boys and Girls Club in Forsyth

Helping families build stronger relationships is the focus of a program starting in August at the Boys and Girls Club of the Ozarks in Forsyth.  Nellie Lamers of the University of Missouri Extension says games and exercises will help kids and parents learn about ways to help improve the family relationship…

Workshops begin August 10th and run through November, with another session scheduled to begin in January.  Lamers says the “Building Strong Families” program is geared toward any family, not just those facing challenges.  The program is open to the public, with a nominal fee for non-members.  To register, contact Nellie Lamers at 417-546-4431 or the Boys and Girls Club of the Ozarks in Forsyth at 546-6299.
