A 21-year veteran of the Arkansas tourism industry is the new Assistant Tourism Director for the state.

Marla Crider succeeds Nancy Clark, who retired at the end of November after 35 years with the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism. 

Crider’s new duties include organizing the annual Governor’s Conference on Tourism, and serving as director of the Arkansas Great River Road.
