State of the State January 17
 Governor Jay Nixon (file photo) By: Sally Kaucher Missouri Governor Jay Nixon will outline his strategy for creating jobs and moving the economy forward in his State of the State address January 17. As usual, the address will be delivered to a joint session of the Missouri General Assembly in the House chamber of the capitol in Jefferson City. The State of the State address will be televised at 7 p.m. on the 17th, and streamed live online.
