A man from Reeds Spring faces circuit court arraignment next month in Stone County.

Twenty-nine year old Matthew Rose was bound over this week on charges of attempted assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, tampering with a motor vehicle and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Rose was arrested last month following a brief pursuit near Highways 160 and 248.  A woman and two children were in the truck when deputies tried to stop him in connection with a previous incident.

Rose’s circuit court arraignment is set for February 6^th.
