New Music Program at Hollister YMCA
 By: Sally Kaucher A new music instruction program will offer students of all ages the opportunity to play together, and develop a lifelong skill. The Ozark Mountain Center for Music at the YMCA in Hollister begins monthly sessions in February. David Lingner and his family will serve as instructors. Lingner says group sessions are offered with private lessons also available… To start out, lessons will be available in piano, guitar, violin and fiddle, as well as mandolin, banjo, accordion and voice. Lingner says while the program offers kids the chance to learn something new, it’s also an opportunity for adults. He also encourages community involvement through donations of used musical instruments, or financial contributions.
