Two more suspects are facing charges in Taney County in connection with an alleged multi-state theft ring.

Forty-six year old Sheila Kelley is charged in Taney County with six counts of tampering and one count of felony stealing.  According to a probable cause statement provided by the prosecuting attorney’s office, Kelley is charged in connection with the theft of 6 tailgates, stolen from trucks at Tri-Lakes Ford in July of last year.  The tailgates, valued at more than 21-thousand dollars, were allegedly taken to a Eureka Springs motel, where numerous stolen items were later recovered.

Charged with one count of stealing is 25-year-old Edward Arnold, in connection with the theft of a box trailer reported missing last August from the Amish Country Store in Branson.  The trailer was later located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, along with numerous other stolen items.

Additional charges have also been filed against 35-year-old Jason Sears of Omaha, Arkansas, who was charged earlier in connection with the alleged thefts.  Authorities in Eureka Springs, Arkansas say 60-year-old Richard Basnett of Tahlequah is also facing charges.
