Commissioners say the changes are intended to clarify how the card may be used. Included in the proposed changes is a requirement for itemized receipts to be submitted, and a required time frame for reporting those expenditures. Commissioners hope to be able to finalize the changes next week. Still to be addressed in a separate policy are questions regarding expenses related to travel and meals.
