A man from Branson faces charges of forcible sodomy, kidnapping, deviate sexual assault and second degree assault.

Thirty-three year old Robert Greene is in the Taney County Jail with bond set at 250-thousand dollars. 

A woman alleges Greene sexually assaulted her last week while she was in his home to use a clothes dryer.   According to a probable cause statement, the woman told deputies she didn’t know Greene, but was staying next door with friends.

Greene appeared in court Tuesday and is to return February 14.
