Shepherd of the Hills Humane Society

The Shepherd of the Hills Humane Society Mission Statement:

To aid in the alleviation of distress and suffering of animals, and promote their humane treatment through protection, placement and public education. To achieve this mission, it is intended that this organization will operate a shelter for animals in need of care, provide adoption programs for lost/abandoned animals, provide a lost and found pet service, promote spaying/neutering of all animals, and conduct educational programs for children and adults.

The Adoption Fee: Cats/Kittens $85 and Dogs/Puppies start at $100. The adoption fee goes toward spay/neuter of your new pet and all vaccinations to date. We are committed to responsible pet ownership and solving the catastrophic problems of pet overpopulation.

Any donations to our thrift stores and adoption center are very much appreciated! Thank you!

Shepherd of the Hills Humane Society is located at 2837 Shepherd of the Hills Expressway in Branson, MO. We are open Tuesday - Saturday from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm and closed on Sunday and Monday. For more information, call 417-337-7387.

Oliver - Young male - possible Border Collie Mix	Captain Jack is a very handsome terrier mix who loves to be held.	Riley is a happy-go-lucky beagle mix boy.	Buddy is a small Lab/Shepherd Mix under 1 year.
Marcus has some house manner. He can sit and stay. He is small in stature and very handsome.	Diamond is a 4 month old female kitten. Her sisters are Star and Twinkle.	Alex is a good natured Shepherd mix. He is a young dog, under 2 years old.	Phoenix is a male, Red Heeler mix male puppy about 4 months old.
Mercedes is around 5 months old. She is relaxing after a day of modeling her new dress, given to her by one of our volunteers.	Clint is a Pinscher mix and is a super playful pup! He loves everyone, except other male dogs!	Rooney is an older male cat who is very laid back.	Katie is a sweet Shepherd mix under 1 year old.
Graham is a 5 year old Min Pin/Chihuahua mix. He is in a foster home and can be seen by appointment only. He is a great dog!	Willow is about 1 1/2 years old.	Blackie is under 1 year old.	Candy - Red Heeler
Mary Kate is a senior Rat Terrier. She is in a foster home and can be seen by appointment only. She prefers a home with no other dogs or children.	Boss Man is adorable! He is one of the favorites at the adoption center and he has his own video on our Facebook page. You will fall in love with this little guy when you meet him.
