Geary Lee Hulseman, age 77 of Kimberling City, Missouri, died on July 29, 2013, in his home. Geary was born on January 20, 1936, in Coffeyville, Kansas, to Geary and Opal (Woods) Hulseman.
Geary was a decorated veteran who had served 22 years in the Army before retiring. He had been on three tours in Korea and two tours in Vietnam. After he retired he was a welder for Dry Dockers Boatlift Company. He loved to hunt and fish on
Table Rock Lake and ride motorcycles. Geary had lived in the area for 22 years, coming from Odessa, Texas. He was of
the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Geary Lee Hulseman, Jr.
Survivors include his loving wife, Pat Hulseman of Kimberling City; one son, Raymond Hulseman of Kimberling City; one daughter, Sherry Hulseman of Forsyth, Missouri; one sister, Mary Scrogin of Coffeyville, Kansas; five grand children; twelve great-grandchildren; one great great grandchild and a host of family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at Stumpff Funeral Home-South, Kimberling City, Missouri. Interment will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 2, 2013, at Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Wellington, Kansas. All
services are under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home-South, Kimberling City, Missouri.
